They will implement these strategies through effective project management and collaboration across key stakeholders.&nbsp; This person will operate with a will-to-win, desire to challenge the status quo, and a focus on doing what’s right for our customers, colleagues and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate closely with the Hotel Partnerships Team to enable a seamless experience for hotel partners that maximizes hotel partners’ use of their channel management technologies</li><li>Oversee all technical and operational aspects of rate, inventory and availability distribution</li><li>Create and communicate hotel connectivity strategies to drive operational ease and support growth</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years hotel connectivity experience including familiarity with a variety of Property Management Systems, Central Reservation Systems, channel managers and Global Distribution System (GDS)</li><li>Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts and bring multiple teams and senior leaders along to a final plan</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally </li><li>Proven track record of thought leadership and innovation in an unstructured space</li><li>Energetic self-starter with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to “get into the weeds”</li><li>Change agent and strategic problem solver with an ability to learn quickly, pull in multiple viewpoints, “connect the dots”, and drive results</li><li>Capacity to multitask and prioritize between business development and project execution tasks</li></ul>Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
