Reporting to the Campus Operations Manager, the Coordinator performs and coordinates tasks and activities to facilitate the optimal functioning of facilities, systems, and processes for faculty, staff, and students.PRINCIPLE DUTIESOperational Support<ul><li>Provide general administrative assistance to campus operations leadership.</li><li>Support the management of the campus operations inbox and respond to student, faculty, and staff requests related to campus operations.</li><li>Assist with daily opening and closing procedures for the campus.</li><li>Assist with scheduling and information management related to facilities usage and events.</li><li>Support the mailroom operations and delivery/acceptance of packages and mail.</li><li>Support the reception desk as needed.</li><li>Create and update ID cards for faculty, staff, and students.</li><li>Assist campus visitors and vendors.</li><li>Ensure exceptional customer service when interacting with campus community members.</li></ul>Facilities Management<ul><li>Support office moves, furniture reconfigurations, and classroom setups.</li><li>Provide support for on-campus events, including room reservations, setup, and takedown.</li><li>Maintain supply rooms and inventory levels of office supplies, kitchen items, and other essential campus materials.</li><li>Perform minor maintenance tasks and routine inspections to identify facility repair needs.</li></ul>Emergency Preparedness<ul><li>Be trained on emergency operations policies and procedures and be able to execute response plans on behalf of campus operations leadership if needed.</li></ul>Administrative Support<ul><li>Send out campus communications via Constant Contact on behalf of the Campus Operations team.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage invitations, agendas, and notes for team meetings.</li><li>Process budgets, purchase orders, and expenses related to team activity</li></ul>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>High school diploma, GED, or commensurate education.</li><li>1+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and database management software.</li><li>Valid U.S. Driver’s License.</li><li>Availability to work evening and weekend hours.</li><li>Ability to lift, push, and pull approximately 50 pounds.</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Experience in facility coordination or event planning.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.</li></ul>COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis opportunity is budgeted at $24 - $25.64 base compensation. Maximize retail, commercial and government sales volume within the assigned region while meeting and surpassing group goals and objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE <ul><li>Collaborate in the development and execution of Envision strategic sales plans within assigned region to promote Envision’s full product line to include prospecting and cultivating new business opportunities and relationships.</li><li>Provide clear and consistent communication regarding performance issues, distribution changes, pricing deviations, promotional activities, competitive issues, etc. Resolve and follow up on returns or product concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Deliver quarterly and annual business analysis to include sales, expenses, and credits. Maintain and provide quarterly and annual reviews and utilize to identify issues, opportunities, and trends. </li><li>Develop and maintain customer relationships while ensuring proper representation of Envision products, features and benefits.
