The Follow Up team is responsible for following up with Sponsors and TAs to obtain acknowledgements and confirmations of pending transactions that are 60 days or older in a timely manner on behalf of our clients and to mitigate risk and exposure to the organization. The OOS team is responsible for bringing in all monthly and quarterly fund reporting in prior to month end to ensure the firm isn’t exposed to capital charges.
