Customer Care Specialist

Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Acts as the first point of contact for the company and provides outstanding customer service.
  • Performs Office Administrative duties that include liaison with vendors (maintenance, cleaning crew) sort & manage mail, inventory & order office supplies, manage the company property, answer phone calls, etc. 
  • Provides support for the Producer Services and Policy Services department.
  • Interacts and Assists the CEO as necessary for various tasks.
  • Assists with other daily company operations, as needed.

Requirements

  • Exceptional professionalism, good time management, organizational skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and effective communication skills.
  • General knowledge of the insurance industry and its products and services is helpful, but not needed.
  • Strong computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Outlook and other business-related software

An undergraduate college degree is strongly desired but not required. Some work experience in a business environment is also preferred.
